Those who have not yet vaccinated their animals should contact their nearest veterinary clinic to get them vaccinated. Alternatively, personnel from the Animal Husbandry Department are providing this vaccination free of charge at people's homes.
The foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) vaccination of cattle and buffaloes should have been completed throughout Rajasthan by now, but due to certain reasons, it has not been completed. Therefore, the Director of the Animal Husbandry Department, Rajasthan, has extended the deadline for FMD vaccination to December 8, 2025. Those who have not yet had their animals vaccinated should contact their nearest veterinary hospital. Alternatively, Animal Husbandry Department personnel are providing this vaccination free of charge at the animals' premises.
